In the event that your dehydrator fails to operate properly or needs repairs follow the
steps below: Do not send the dryer back to McIntire without prior authorization.
- Note the serial number on the unit
- The M300 serial number can be found on metal plate, rear of unit
- The M2500 serial number can be found on the front, under output pressure regulator
- Have the serial number and model handy for the technician
- Call 1-800-4-DRY AIR and speak with a technician
- If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, an RGA number will be issued and the unit will be shipped back to McIntire.
- Write the RGA number on the box
- Ship the unit to:
